Tina Kothari
Tina is author of the thought provoking book 'Women in Leadership'. She is interested in business and people and loves puzzles.....the more complex the better.
An expert in figuring out what isn’t working for individuals or organisations, Tina clarifies what people want, and sets about designing solutions that allows them to reach the goals and targets they want. For Tina, organisational puzzles are about people not structures, and almost always feature a ‘system’ issue. From focusing primarily on individuals, Tina now explores the interaction of individuals in the whole system and the dynamics of an organisation.
She is driven by the belief that no matter how large the organisation, the individual still has impact - the right mindset and belief cause individuals to make change happen.
A career which started working with addictions, Tina set up Hexagon, generating a loyal client base that has experienced exponential growth hand in hand. Her track record features 15-years-plus relationships across all sectors and continents.
From working in Croatia with health professionals and war trauma, passing on skills which really got used, to running business practitioner courses where each delegate has gone on to use the skills and material as part of their working practice and portfolio, Tina leads by example in serving the needs of our clients.
