Anton has a focus on internal and group conflict resolution, strategic communications and system dynamics.
Having developed a new rapid problem solving framework called Systems Dialogue and successfully launched Systems Dialogue for Leaders, Anton and our team are now using these techniques to great effect in coaching and training, as well as training people how to use them. And he is leading the development of Systems Dialogue for Teams so watch this space!
He has extensive experience of working on major public change programmes, directly advising Cabinet Ministers both home and across Europe.
An original thinker, Anton also has a track record for succeeding against the odds, working with diverse sectors as well as leaders from the UN, World Bank and international company directors.
